Eli: All right, spill it, Cassandra. I can tell you’re mad about something. Oh... I know. You're mad because I brought up your research project after we agreed not to talk about it tonight. Well, how else could I explain who you are and why you’re here?
Cassandra: Oh yes, we wouldn't want your girlfriend to get the wrong idea about me, would we?
Eli: My girlfriend? Kat's not my girlfriend. Never was. We just went out a couple times, had a few laughs….

Cassandra: Spare me the details, Eli. I think I get the idea. How nice of her to follow you here so you could take up where you left off.
Eli: It did sound like that, didn't it? Well, Katerina always did like a good time, and I...

Cassandra: How dare you speak to me like this! I told you at the beginning of this evening that this was not part of the research project. You keep saying you want Cassandra to come out to play. But evidently that play time had better not interfere with Eli making time with his...
Eli: Damn it, Cassandra - I was not making anything with Katerina. Look - I'm sorry you're upset about her showing up tonight, but how is it that I get to be responsible for that?

Cassandra: That's a cop-out, Eli. That is not what I am upset about and you know it.
Eli: No, I don't "know it", Cassandra. What I do know is that I had a great time with you tonight until this thing happened. I was hoping this evening would end a lot differently, but it looks like...

Cassandra: Yes, that's what I was hoping too.....

Eli: Cassandra.... You have no idea how hard it is going to be for me to walk away from you tonight.

Cassandra: Yes, I do. As hard as it will be for me to watch you leave.
