Gideon: Oh, did I forget to mention Numero Dos? I assure you it was purely intentional.
Asher: Who is Numero Dos??
Gideon: My Mother insists on calling him ‘Jeremiah.’ I try not to call him at all.

Eli: Wait, you mean there’s…..another brother?
Gideon: Yeah, and quite possibly the last of Daddy’s little dynasty, since the Jerm made his appearance almost nine months after Dad’s final curtain call.

Asher: So he’s your full brother? And our half-brother? Is he here? How old is he?
Gideon: Yes, Yes, No, and um………seventeen.
Asher: Seventeen? But that means……

Eron: That can’t be right. Our father died…. even before Mom.
Eli: That’s what Grandma always said.
Gideon: Did she now? Well, she would have, wouldn’t she? Must keep up appearances at all costs, can’t do that with little bastards running in and out as living proof of Daddy’s “indiscretions.” Looks like she made a habit out of lying to you.

Asher: You might know a lot more about our father than we do, but you’re dead wrong about our grandmother.
Gideon: Am I? I’m sure you think so. But then, before yesterday you probably thought she was always straight with you.

Gideon: What are you doing up?
Jeremiah: Who was at the door?
Gideon: Bald guys selling pamphlets.
Jeremiah: Yeah, right. Like you would have opened it for them.

Gideon: What do you care? Go climb back in your hole and kill some more orcs.
